Home Styling & Organising: Terms & Conditions

Consultation:

A consultation in the property will take approximately 1 hour. Your Organiser maintains the right to exclude any areas at any time, which are regarded unsafe or inappropriate.

A report will be drawn up outlining the agreed services, fees and other relevant details.

Referrals:

Services or product referrals are, from time to time, provided for your convenience. Eco Organiser & Home Styling take no responsibility for these referral companies, their products or services, including licensing, agreements or any damage caused by these products.

Terms:

1. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking with balance payable on completion of work.
2. The deposit is non-refundable if less than 48 hours notice is given.
3. Cancellation of any booked organising session shall incur a $100.00 cancellation fee.
4. Non payment within 14 days will incur a 10% late fee per month.
5. Payment can be by cash or direct deposit.
6. This business is exclusive of GST under the small business exemption provisions.
7. Travel more than 40km from our office will incur a $0.65 per km travel levy.
8. 48 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.
9. Rubbish Removal: bulk rubbish removal not included.

10.  All third party costs remain your responsibility.

Confidentiality:

We offer a discreet service and do not disclose our client's personal details to any third party unless authorised, in writing, by the client. Eco Organiser & Home Styling carries full comprehensive insurance and all team members have current police checks available for your inspection.

Fees:

All Eco Organiser & Home Styling services are tailored to your individual needs and requirements. We prepare a written quote and plan outlining your needs. Our fees may be tax deductable, please consult your accountant.

Eco Organiser & Home Styling is an active member of Australasian Association of Professional Organisers Inc, (AAPO) and we strictly abide by the organisation's code of ethics.
